Terms and conditions

• Must stay 3 nights or more Sunday - Thursday
• Offer may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
• Not applicable to blocks of 10 rooms or more. 
• Blackout dates may apply. 
• Must ensure you use promo code 3NW at time of booking.   Discount cannot be added after booking.

Payment and Cancellations:

• Full payment due 3 days prior to arrival.   You may cancel your reservation without penalty up to three days prior to the arrival date.   Should you cancel your stay with the window of 3 days prior to your arrival, you will forfeit the room and tax for the duration of your stay.
• CASH PAYING: Should you wish to pay cash upon arrival, please note that full payment will be made on the credit card provided at time of booking and can be refunded on receipt of cash.   Please note that based on your bank, it may take up to 14 days for those funds to return to your account.
• CREDIT CARD UPDATES:  Should you wish to pay the balance with a different card, please notify the hotel at least 8 business days prior to your arrival.  Hotel - 302-227-4000.
